Activating Gmail Labs features

First of all, you have to use Gmail’s English inteface: go to Settings > General and choose the English (US)” from the drop-down menu. After that, save settings.

From now on, to activate a Gmail Labs feature, go to Settings > Labs (or, alternatively, click on the green tube next to “settings”) and choose the desired feature.

How to disable Gmail Labs (in case of problems)

As they are experimental features, Gmail can stop working at any moment. In that case, you have to disable them visiting the following Gmail special page: http://mail.google.com/mail/?labs=0. After that, you can search the buggy feature.
