New Tutorial: Facebook smileys

I’ve published, inside the Facebook tutorial, the complete list of Facebook smileys. You can find it here: “Facebook chat emoticons“.
Even if this tutorial is quite simple, I’ve encountered some problems to write it, related to the way Wordpress handles textual smileys.
Wordpress, in fact, automatically converts all textual emoticons into graphical ones. Since I didn’t want to turn off graphical smilies on all articles, I’ve had to write a plugin to deactivate them on a post-per-post basis.

is there a way to disable the auto graphic emoticons on facebook im so you can send say a regular <3 symbol
